About The Position

The Maintenance Tech performs preventive maintenance tasks and day-to-day repairs of equipment, systems, and building configurations. They possess a basic knowledge of utility plant operations, plumbing, electrical, electronic, HVAC, building maintenance, and building automation systems. The role involves managing tasks in a self-directed approach using the computerized work order system and communicating with leads and managers. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Relevant Experience
• Boiler experienced heavily preferred for Technician II roles
• PA Drivers License
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Nice To Haves

• Possess a basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems.
