Maintenance Tech I
About The Position
Performs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Diagnoses malfunctions in machinery and equipment. Dismantles, assembles, and installs industrial machinery. Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs critical electrical components. Modifies programming of computer equipment such as robot controllers and programmable controllers. Follows all company and regulatory agency safety regulations. Reads and interprets blueprints/specifications with respect to plant and equipment as required. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to perform electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair.
- Skill in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
- Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical electrical components.
- Ability to modify programming of computer equipment such as robot controllers and programmable controllers.
- Knowledge of and adherence to company and regulatory agency safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications.
