About The Position
Mister Car Wash is a rapidly growing car wash brand that is leading the industry. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of car wash sites. This hands-on role involves maintaining and repairing industrial car wash equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, and traveling to various locations to perform installations, preventative maintenance, and urgent repairs. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
- Electrical experience, including exposure to: 3-phase high-voltage systems, Low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, Control wiring and powered equipment.
- Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders).
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire).

Responsibilities
- Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to maintain equipment.
- Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
- Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power.
- Travel across the market in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
- Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
- Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
- Build strong relationships with teammates.
- Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations.
- Take advantage of travel opportunities to learn about new equipment, emerging technology, and best practices.
