About The Position

As a representative for our company, you will be performing non-technical general building maintenance and minor repairs. This is a field service role. Must have valid CA drivers license and good driving record. Company vehicle provided. Requirements

Must have valid CA drivers license and good driving record.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in commercial facilities and building maintenance.
Have own hand tools and battery drill.
Able to communicate with the team.
Sense of urgency.
Customer service.
Knowledge of commercial facilities maintenance.
Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in maintenance work.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

May be only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and/or on call duties.

Responsibilities

Performs general building maintenance under close supervision.
Performs grounds, maintenance, and minor repair work.
Performs general labor work as assigned by the engineer, including loading, uploading, and moving materials and running errands for the project.
Replaces light bulbs/lamps and clean fixtures.
Responds quickly to emergency situations and customer concerns.
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives as related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
Must maintain a neat appearance.
Continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Follows safety and sanitation procedures with all guidelines from OSHA, Department of Public Health and Risk Management.
Other duties as assigned.
