We are currently looking for a Maintenance Tech I at our Kingsley Park property. The Maintenance Tech I position is an entry level position focused on grounds, cleanliness and assisting with basic property upkeep. This is a good opportunity to learn more about maintenance.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds.
- Assist with maintenance tasks
- Assist with unit turns
- Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning if applicable
- Observe and learn as much as possible about general maintenance
- Other tasks as directed and assigned.
