The Maintenance Technician I Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in meeting departmental goals, including line call management, PM completion, budget stewardship, and project execution. This role involves coordinating maintenance resources to address line calls and other assigned tasks, working within the SAP PM environment for work order management, and preparing for planned and shutdown work. The position also requires requesting quotes, generating purchase requisitions, organizing PMs, reviewing completed work, and inputting shift notes. The role supports production by minimizing equipment downtime and responding promptly, completing preventative maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The position requires the ability to work on projects individually and with a cross-functional team, and may involve 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, including mandatory overtime and weekends. Assignments in the Duraplate division may require 12-hour shifts and coverage across all scheduling options. Other duties as needed or required.
