Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a health care or assisted living community setting.
- Have a heart to serve Seniors.
- Have a minimum of one-year prior experience.
- Have serious attention to detail.
- Be very dependable.
- Want to work as part of a team.
- Have the ability to work patiently and appropriately with residents who may have significant problems with memory, reasoning, and/or other cognitive skills.
- Be willing to undergo a drug and background screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
