About The Position
This role requires a skilled Maintenance Technician with proven troubleshooting abilities and a background in preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical systems, knowledge of programmable logic controls (PLC), and experience in high-speed food processing/packaging equipment. Familiarity with robotic manufacturing controls and experience in electrical and mechanical manufacturing fields are also important. The role may involve welding and fabrication to support manufacturing needs.
Requirements
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Preventive maintenance background
- Proven mechanical and hands-on maintenance experience
- Programmable logic controls knowledge
- Experience in high-speed food processing/packaging equipment
- Understand robotic manufacturing control
- Knowledge and work experience in fields of manufacturing
- Electrical and mechanical work experience
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Computer skills specifically MS Word/Excel
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Programming basic skills
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate a fork truck, boom lift, scissor lift
