About The Position

NOVO Health Services offers linen management solutions to the healthcare industry, focusing on safety and infection control. They provide partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes. This is a full-time, entry-level position in the Maintenance department within an industrial laundry setting. The role involves learning the operations of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, piping, welding, and boiler systems. No prior maintenance experience is required. This is a 3rd shift position, Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am, with overtime as needed. All candidates are required to take a short Maintenance test during the interview. This position offers opportunities for pay increases and job advancements into a Maintenance Technician position. The pay rate is $18.89/hour. A 4-panel drug test (Non-THC Panel) is required. A sign-on bonus is currently being offered.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent (required)
• All candidates are required to take short Maintenance test during interview.
