About The Position

The Maintenance Tech 3 is responsible for performing electrical, plumbing, and general machine repair and maintenance. Duties include changing oils on key machines, troubleshooting equipment problems, reading blueprints, and HVAC system maintenance. The role also involves responding to emergency maintenance repairs, cross-training with other functions and departments, and working on weekends/evenings when necessary. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required, along with the ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as needed. The position requires the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical, plumbing and general machine repair and maintenance
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• High school or technical school diploma/GED
• 2-5 years’ Maintenance and Facilities Experience
• Self-motivated and Problem-Solver attitude
• Strong Attention to detail and proactive communicator
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice To Haves

• Vacuum chamber experience
