About The Position
Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic manufacturing team as we provide component solutions to buildings around the world. This on-site Maintenance Technician role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and fabricating equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. The position conducts equipment inspections, maintains quality and maintenance documentation, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable and hands-on problem solver who demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, accountability, communication, and teamwork skills, while effectively prioritizing work, leading by example, and providing guidance and support to fellow Maintenance Technicians.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred, or a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience preferred, with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, machining, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, wiring issues, and 110V, 208V, and 480V single-phase and three-phase circuits.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, blueprints, work instructions, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and computer systems to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and documentation activities.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
