Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have one year of experience in property maintenance, preferably in multi-family, senior community or healthcare environment
- Must have technical knowledge of the following: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling
Responsibilities
- Makes repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling equipment
- Makes daily checks of equipment to assure proper operation
- Conducts testing of emergency equipment and maintains logs
- Reports equipment and supplies needed to perform tasks
- Keeps mechanical rooms clean and in order
- Other duties as assigned
