Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Be able to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders.
Be able to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 25–45+ lbs.
Work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service.
Commit to safety and follow established guidelines.
Pass a criminal background and employment reference check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a maintenance or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Provide 5-star guest service.
Clean and maintain showers and restrooms.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness.
Polish stainless-steel fixtures and dust surfaces.
Wash windows and replace light bulbs.
Pressure wash parking lots and fueling areas.
Clean fuel pumps and maintain overall facility cleanliness.
