Stuart Hall School is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Maintenance Team Member. This role requires a reliable, proactive individual who takes pride in their work, treats people and the campus with respect, uses good judgment and common sense, and works well as part of a team. Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required; the right candidate will be observant, willing to pitch in wherever needed, follow through on responsibilities, and interested in learning what it takes to maintain a school campus well. The Maintenance Team Lead is a working supervisor responsible for coordinating the daily operations of Stuart Hall's facilities, which includes providing hands-on leadership to the maintenance and housekeeping staff. The core responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient upkeep of campus buildings and grounds, which involves managing work orders, performing general maintenance and repairs, and acting as the accountability link between the facilities team and the Director of Strategic Operations. This is a 12-month, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position paying $16-18/hour. Candidates bringing significant relevant maintenance experience, trade skills, certifications, or licensure may be considered for a higher starting rate.
