About The Position

River Point RV Park is seeking a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join their team. This role involves general RV park and facility maintenance, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and ensuring the park remains clean and welcoming for guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a varied and friendly team environment.

Requirements

• Must pass background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous maintenance, landscaping, campground, RV park, or property maintenance experience is a plus
• Must work safely and professionally around guests

Responsibilities

• General RV park and facility maintenance
• Minor repairs and troubleshooting
• Mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping
• Trash removal and keeping common areas clean
• Cleaning and maintaining park facilities
• Preparing and maintaining RV sites
• Assisting with maintenance projects as needed
• Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them to management
• Providing friendly and professional service to park guests
