About The Position

Our Maintenance Team Members play an important role in creating a clean, safe, welcoming restaurant for our customers and crew. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and like working independently while being part of a team, this could be a great fit for you. We’ll provide the training, tools, and support you need to be successful. As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help keep our restaurant, equipment, and surrounding property clean, safe, and in great working condition.

Performing repetitive cleaning and maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

Maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant inside and outside
Filtering fryer oil and completing routine equipment maintenance
Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, restrooms, and other restaurant areas
Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and exterior areas neat and well maintained
Unloading delivery trucks approximately 2–3 times per week
Emptying and maintaining the trash compactor
Replacing light bulbs and completing other basic maintenance tasks
Cleaning HVAC and exhaust areas and keeping the roof clear of debris
Identifying maintenance or safety concerns and communicating them to restaurant leadership
Following established safety, cleaning, and maintenance procedures
Working independently and managing assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Helping wherever needed to keep the restaurant operating smoothly

Primary Maintenance starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
Back-up Maintenance starting pay is $13.00 to $17.00 per hour.
