About The Position

We are seeking reliable, skilled, and service-oriented individuals to join our Maintenance Teams. This role supports all aspects of property maintenance operations, including preventative, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic repairs. Whether assisting with make-readies, completing service requests, or supporting overall property upkeep, this position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming community for our residents.

Requirements

At least 2 years of apartment, property, or related maintenance experience.
Proficiency with general maintenance tools and equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read and write in English; bilingual a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Must have a working smartphone with a data plan for company apps.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working at heights over 8 feet (e.g., roofs, ladders).
Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces).

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification
EPA certification for Freon handling
Pool/spa and pest control certification (if performed in-house).
CPO certification

Responsibilities

Assist in completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
Perform general property maintenance, including: Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed level). Appliance installation and troubleshooting. Drywall repair, carpentry, painting, and hardware replacement. Pool care and pest control (if performed in-house).
Support the team in identifying and resolving safety hazards around the property.
Help maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and vendors.
Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Assist in coordinating outside contractors and vendors as needed.
Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
