About The Position

Drive operational excellence by leading our maintenance department. This role focuses on optimizing equipment reliability, facility functionality, and team performance to ensure zero-disruption manufacturing.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
6+ years in a maintenance or engineering leadership role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Deep troubleshooting expertise and proficiency in Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
Direct exposure to Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
Proven experience in budgeting and financial oversight.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors to maximize department productivity.
Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy centered on asset reliability.
Establish and track KPIs to measure department effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage all preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, tools, and facilities.
Oversee asset inventory, including spare parts and critical supplies.
Identify and implement process improvements through equipment upgrades and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain rigorous documentation of all repairs, activities, and equipment histories.
Architect and manage the department budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials at optimal costs.
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and internal company policies.
Ensure all maintenance activities support a safe, high-functioning work environment.
