You'll provide hands-on guidance and training to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction while promoting a strong safety culture. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with excellent organizational skills who can effectively support operational management and continually improve processes.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License Required.
- Ability to obtain required security clearance.
- Availability for on-call work, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in various fields, including HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance technician work.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Airport Maintenance services.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and work alongside the team in daily maintenance operations, including scheduling, work orders, safety, and materials.
- Provide direct hands on support, guidance, and on-the-job training to team members.
- Foster strong working relationships to enhance team and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of safety by leading new employee safety training and conducting quality control inspections on maintenance activities.
- Support Operational Managers in monitoring and improving operational performance.
- Develop and maintain processes and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
