Maintenance Team Lead - 12-Hour Nights

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will supervise and develop a maintenance team while working on cutting‑edge industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key leadership role within the technical operations of the plant. This is a night-shift position with 12-hour shifts.
Requirements
- Hold a diploma in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics.

- Be comfortable working with automated systems and touchscreen technologies

Responsibilities
- Applying and promoting safety standards for yourself and your team.
- Communicating, organizing and planning your team’s workload.
- Supporting team members in problem‑solving and technical development.
- Proposing performance improvement projects.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
- Developing your expertise on advanced, state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
- Performing equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Responding to emergency calls and providing technical support to production teams.
- Assisting with the installation and start‑up of new equipment.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance activities.
