About The Position

PPG is seeking a Maintenance T1 for the Night Shift in Rock Hill, SC. This role involves performing preventative maintenance on facilities and production equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The position also includes equipment installation, programming, welding, cutting, grinding, machine set-up, and operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and articulating boom lifts. Continuous improvement, part ordering, inventory management, MRO crib support, and 5-S implementation are also key aspects of this role. The use of e-Maint CMMS software is required.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial Setting
• Will Consider a Combination of Maintenance Related School and Work

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in an Industrial Discipline Preferred
• PLC & Automation Experience is a Plus
