Hotel Kitchen Technician JOB SUMMARY: The Kitchen Technician is responsible for the inspection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all commercial kitchen equipment across Moody Gardens food and beverage operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted culinary operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable safety, health, and regulatory standards. POSITION AUTHORITY: The incumbent is authorized to take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities, provided such action aligns with established position guidelines, company policies, departmental procedures, and supervisory directives. Sound judgment, initiative, and professionalism are expected in the execution of all responsibilities. POSITION GUIDELINES: The Kitchen Technician is expected to perform all duties in a manner that supports the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of Moody Gardens' food and beverage facilities.
