The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance and Boiler Room Engineering departments. Will distribute work orders and assignments to all staff. Will work directly with the Director of Plant Operations on all renovations at the facility and will be responsible for ordering all materials in the departments. Will prioritize all work and communicate with all units and departments in the facility.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
10+ years’ experience in maintenance.
2+ years in a supervisor role.
Knowledge of all trades and working in a hospital setting.

Nice To Haves

Philadelphia Grade A Stationery License preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance and Boiler Room Engineering departments.
Distribute work orders and assignments to all staff.
Work directly with the Director of Plant Operations on all renovations at the facility.
Be responsible for ordering all materials in the departments.
Prioritize all work and communicate with all units and departments in the facility.
