About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production performance through effective planning, technical leadership, and team development.

Requirements

• Strong background in industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and planned maintenance programs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Supervise maintenance staff and support their development.
• Oversee maintenance and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
• Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
