About The Position

This role is for a Maintenance Supervisor at The Wilds at Cedar Mountain, specifically for a lease-up property. The position involves performing general and higher-level maintenance services, responding to resident requests, participating in preventative maintenance, and maintaining a clean work area and inventory of supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Minimum three years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Refrigeration certification (Type 2 or Universal).
Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied).
Knowledge of OneSite preferred.
Ability to use various hand tools and test equipment.
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
Ability to push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders of up to 40 feet in height.
Ability to use a hand-truck.

Responsibilities

Perform general and higher level maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC.
Respond promptly to resident service requests.
Be available for on-call duties, including weekends and nights.
Participate in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool maintenance, exterior lighting checks, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
Clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
