About The Position
The Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons in Garland, TX has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a hands-on working Maintenance Supervisor. This position will guide our team and perform various maintenance related duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our community.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew
- HVAC certification
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Maintain activity log
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
