Requirements

Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and equipment reliability practices
Understanding of safety programs, electrical standards, and maintenance best practices
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and maintenance procedures
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications

Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Nice To Haves

Experience with industrial controls, PLC troubleshooting, and Allen Bradley platforms preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance professionals
Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs and procedures
Coordinate repairs, installations, facility projects, and capital improvements
Manage maintenance materials, parts inventory, and vendor relationships
Partner with production and quality teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and plant performance
Support safety, food safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance initiatives
Work alongside contractors, auditors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders on facility and equipment projects
Help create a culture focused on continuous improvement, teamwork, and employee development
