We are seeking a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor with strong HVAC experience to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, deliver excellent resident service, and help maintain a clean, safe, and thriving community.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required
  • Strong HVAC experience required
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
  • Ability to take after-hours emergency calls
  • Must have basic maintenance tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance operations for all buildings, grounds, and community amenities
  • Complete service requests and apartment make-readies in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in after-hours/on-call rotation
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor services and in-house maintenance work
  • Assist with interviewing, training, and supervision of maintenance, custodial, or grounds team members
  • Monitor inventory and assist with maintaining maintenance budgets
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and vendors
