About The Position

The Budd Group is seeking an energetic, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to serve as their Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) "right-hand leader" at a commercial campus in Chattanooga, TN. The day-to-day focus will involve driving core work orders, coordinating preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting systems alongside the team. This role will help execute essential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects while ensuring the absolute safety and efficiency of the facility.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong hands-on facility maintenance experience (MEP)
• Computer/business software literacy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proven, hands-on experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Previous supervisory experience, or a strong background in maintenance with the drive to step up into a leadership position
• Solid computer literacy (comfortable navigating emails, Outlook, and cloud systems)
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, crawl, and lift or move up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
• Current CFM, FMP, or specialized technical trade certifications
