The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the maintenance of the portfolio. This role requires maintaining a professional image, ensuring the neatness and orderliness of grounds, garbage container areas, hallways, garages, and parking lots, and assisting management/leasing staff with curb appeal. Key duties include completing work orders, performing regular maintenance on building exteriors and interiors, maintaining parking areas, managing inventory of parts and tools, organizing the workshop, and turning vacant units within 7 days of move-out, including changing locks.
