About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis. This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained and operating at company standards. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting. This position is with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
OR High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
Maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program
Ensure equipment and plant is maintained and operating at company standards
Ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner
Support mechanics with machine troubleshooting
Other projects or duties as assigned
