About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to the site maintenance team, ensuring the reliable operation, repair, and installation of plant equipment and systems. This role is critical to supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years of lead or supervisory maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and industrial systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Lead, and develop maintenance technicians to drive strong performance, skill development, and engagement
Plan, assign, and prioritize daily maintenance activities while ensuring appropriate coverage across all shifts.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Partner with Production, Continuous Improvement team, Quality and external contractors on repairs, projects, and installations.
Ensure accurate documentation of work orders, parts usage, and maintenance activity within SAGE.
Enforce Safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture by addressing unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately.
Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions related to safety, quality, and maintenance systems.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability, maintenance processes, and cost efficiency.
Support capital projects, new equipment installations, and process improvements.
Track, analyze, and report key maintenance KPIs.
