About The Position

This is a working supervisor position where you will lead the maintenance team, handle service requests, oversee apartment turns, and contribute to the smooth operation of the property. The role involves a mix of leadership and hands-on repair work across various systems and components within the apartments and property.

Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in multi-family maintenance
Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
HVAC and EPA certification required
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Must pass pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check, drug screening, and possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the maintenance team
Complete service requests and work orders
Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Assist with painting and general property upkeep
Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks)
