About The Position

As a Maintenance Supervisor , you will be responsible for directing maintenance activities and maintaining site assets to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations. This role supports manufacturing and packaging by leading preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime, controlling costs, and supervising maintenance personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of previous maintenance leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • In lieu of a degree, candidates with 5-7 years of experience in the maintenance management field will be considered.
  • Demonstrates strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting PLCs, drives, servo systems, and robotics.
  • Proficient in basic metalworking, including TIG welding and metal fabrication; experience operating lathes, mills, shears, brakes, and ironworker equipment is a plus.
  • Maintains a continuous learning mindset and adapts quickly to new equipment, processes, and roles.
  • Demonstrates strong technical ability with a digital-first approach, embracing new technologies and accurately entering data.
  • Communicates clearly with all levels of the organization, follows instructions (written/oral/diagram form), and completes necessary documentation independently in English.
  • Pays close attention to detail, prioritizing product quality, safety, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Physically capable of meeting job requirements and consistently brings a positive, team-focused attitude to work.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, technical proficiency, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills while working independently or collaboratively to ensure effective and logical decision-making in diverse situations.

Responsibilities

  • Train, lead, and support maintenance team members, including onboarding new personnel and overseeing schedules, timecards, and performance issues.
  • Direct preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring optimal operation of facility systems.
  • preventive maintenance plans, monitor expenditures, support budget objectives, and prepare required documentation and KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory standards while participating in plant reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use computer systems for managing maintenance documentation, operate in a collaborative environment, and deliver supervisory coverage during off-shifts and weekends.
