About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Moyer Carriage Lofts property located at 1714 N. Salina St. Syracuse. Pay range is $25-$27/hr. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity, quality through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.

Must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Oversee the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units.
Ensure units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity and quality.
Manage and complete work orders, turnovers, and projects in a safe manner.
Communicate significant incidents, issues, and concerns to the Property Manager in a timely manner.
