Maintenance Supervisor - Belmont Place - Marietta, GA
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing general and higher-level maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. This role requires responding promptly to resident service requests, participating in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool maintenance, exterior lighting checks, filter changes, and apartment inspections. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a clean work area, tools, and equipment, and for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company. Availability for on-call duties, including weekends and nights, is also a requirement.
Requirements
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
- Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
- CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied)
- Knowledge of OneSite preferred
Responsibilities
