As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a high-performing team to keep our plant running at peak performance. This is your opportunity to make an impact by driving preventive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with world-class safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and coaching skills to build high-performing teams
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems (millwright, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining)
  • Knowledge of AC/DC electricity, electronics, power distribution, and circuit protection
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ability to read blueprints and apply mathematical concepts
  • 5+ years of in-plant mechanical or electrical maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion Safety: Enforce EHS, OSHA, NEC, and NFPA standards through robust programs like lock-out/tag-out, confined space entry, and arc-flash protection.
  • Maximize Uptime: Plan and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades to minimize outages and boost productivity.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement innovative maintenance strategies and equipment modifications that enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Manage Resources & Projects: Ensure availability of tools, parts, and manpower; oversee contractors and lead plant projects from scope to completion.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, inventory, and performance metrics to optimize operations.
