About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assigning, directing, inspecting and evaluating work performed by the maintenance mechanics and outside contractors performing work for the Maintenance department. Must ensure timely completion of work orders and assign work orders to Mechanics as needed. The Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance of the health center and assisting in the correction of identified and regulatory concerns related to the building. Required to be on-call occasionally in the event of emergencies or special projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years comprehensive experience in facility maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Life Safety Codes required.

  • Assigning work orders to Mechanics as needed.
  • Overseeing the overall maintenance of the health center.
