About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees line mechanics and Shift Supervisors, ensuring mechanics are trained and meet expectations and that operators run equipment properly. The role ensures production lines are set up correctly, oversees the weekend schedule, implements and verifies equipment corrective actions, reviews and signs off on daily paperwork, and performs preventive maintenance audits. The supervisor also provides hands-on support with mechanical repairs and leads by example.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced food production facility.
• Supervisor or lead experience.
• Demonstrated communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• USDA knowledge and experience.
• HACCP knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use industrial tools and meters.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Sense of urgency to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line mechanics.
• Ensure mechanics are trained and performing to expectations.
• Oversee operations to ensure operators are running equipment properly.
• Ensure proper line setups for production runs.
• Supervise all Shift Supervisors and oversee the weekend schedule.
• Implement and verify corrective actions on equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance audits.
• Provide hands-on support with mechanical repairs.
• Lead by example.
