About The Position

RAM Partners, LLC, a full-service real estate management company managing more than 80,000 apartments across the United States, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for Shoreline Flats. The supervisor will help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of the property. The role supports hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager, while also coordinating and completing property maintenance activities and promoting professional service to residents, staff, and vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree.
• EPA HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Inspect the property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process.
• Treat residents, staff, and vendors professionally and demonstrate customer service skills.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep the shop and other work areas clean and well organized.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
