Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred or eight (8) years of work experience.
- Minimum of six (6) years as a maintenance supervisor preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance department safety, quality, production and delivery objectives in his/her are responsibility.
- Provide the proactive leadership necessary to achieve and maintain a continuous improvement mind set for the team.
- Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team.
- Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities (ex. 8D reports, department meetings, etc.)
- Responsible for ensuring the entire team has the necessary tools and materials to properly perform their roles safely and efficiently.
