About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department and assists with maintaining all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems in a safe, efficient, and guest-focused manner. This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising engineering associates, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies. This position requires flexibility, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, 24/7 hotel environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical, trade, or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering; hotel experience preferred.
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, associates, and leadership.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand, walk, and perform physical maintenance tasks.
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
