Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Rockford Ridge Apartment Community in Rockford, IL.

Requirements

HVAC & EPA Certified.
Strong background in multifamily properties.
Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
5+ years of Maintenance Experience.
3 years in a supervisory capacity.
HVAC & EPA licensed.
Available to work overtime.
Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
Able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
Able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule if requested.
Reliable Transportation.
Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Nice To Haves

CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Directing other staff members.
Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
Wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
Complete other duties as assigned.
