About The Position

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor for The Lodge at Marlton, a senior, affordable housing community in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. This role is responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance, including addressing maintenance tickets, assisting with unit turnovers, and participating in an after-hours on-call rotation. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a direct report to the Community Manager. Habitat America is a fast-growing property management company with a strong presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Requirements

• 3+ years prior apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with appliance repairs, general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, drywall and painting.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation and possess valid driver's license.
• Requires extensive mobility and physical condition.
• Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC/CFC certifications are strongly desired.
