About The Position

About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor who enjoys leading from the floor while keeping critical equipment, systems, and facilities running safely and reliably. In this role, you’ll lead daily maintenance operations, support a 24/7 manufacturing environment, and work closely with Operations to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a seasoned industrial maintenance professional who is ready to combine technical expertise with people leadership and operational ownership. What You’ll Do As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead, plan, and execute maintenance activities that support safe, efficient plant operations. You’ll manage daily work assignments, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and step in hands‑on when complex troubleshooting or repairs are needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
  • Experience supporting metal fabrication equipment and processes
  • Ability to read equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (100 lbs. with assistance)

Responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating all daily maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations
  • Supporting 24/7 operations through scheduling, overtime management, and on‑call coverage
  • Performing and guiding mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment and cranes
  • Partnering with Operations to communicate equipment downtime, repair plans, and risk mitigation
  • Managing outside vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Developing and maintaining maintenance procedures, spare parts inventory, and service request documentation
  • Tracking maintenance and capital expenses to ensure alignment with budget
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, lock‑out/tag‑out, safety standards, and company policies
  • Training and developing maintenance team members while promoting a strong safety culture
  • Overseeing general facility maintenance, including building repairs and seasonal services
