Requirements

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in all trades including air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and building infrastructures
• Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Provides direction, supervision, monitoring, and oversight to the maintenance staff
• Collaborates with directors and department heads to ensure all facilities are well maintained with quality craftsmanship in the most cost-effective manner
• Ensures that regular preventative maintenance and repairs to air conditioning units, fire alarms, sprinklers, electrical units, septic tanks, sewage plants, and plumbing are completed
• Ensures all equipment and tools are inventoried, well maintained and accounted for
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Performs all other duties as assigned
