About The Position

Fairmont Management Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a beautifully upgraded garden-style apartment community in Anaheim, conveniently located near the 91 and 5 freeways. This is an exciting opportunity to join a property that has undergone significant improvements, including extensive interior apartment renovations and major exterior building upgrades. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a high-quality community and has the technical expertise and leadership skills to keep the property operating at an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a fast-paced maintenance operation while delivering excellent service to residents and supporting the overall success of the community.

Requirements

• At least 2 years apartment maintenance supervisor experience preferred
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry skills
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance schedules
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance operations and workflow
• Manage unit turns, scheduling, and renovation coordination
• Prioritize and complete resident work orders efficiently
• Schedule and supervise vendors and contractors
• Evaluate vendor recommendations and proposed repairs
• Perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure excellent curb appeal, cleanliness, and property safety
• Coordinate closely with the Community Manager on operational priorities
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
• Maintain inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies
