About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Detroit, MI. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring timely completion of work orders, collaborating with vendors, managing supply orders, handling apartment turns and service requests, and maintaining the overall condition of the apartment community. The ideal candidate will be driven, lead by example, and possess strong customer service skills to ensure resident satisfaction and a well-maintained property.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall
• Appliance repair skills
• Experienced with apartment turns
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors
• Knowledge of residential repairs
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
• Organizational skills
• Available for emergency on-call rotation
