About The Position

This role involves performing general and higher-level maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. The Maintenance Supervisor will respond promptly to resident service requests, participate in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool upkeep, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a clean work area, tools, and equipment, as well as caring for, maintaining, and inventorying all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company. The position also requires availability for on-call duties, including weekends and nights, with an on-call bonus.

Requirements

Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
1-2 years supervisory experience
Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
Valid driver’s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied)
Knowledge of OneSite preferred

Responsibilities

Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC.
Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
