About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility operations within the Real Estate and Property Management sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily upkeep of our properties, ensuring all systems function safely and efficiently. You will serve as a key leader for the maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence through effective mentoring and strategic management. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high property standards, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring a comfortable environment for all residents and tenants.

Requirements

• Experience in facility operations within the Real Estate and Property Management sector.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a maintenance team.
• Expertise in managing HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Experience in procurement of parts, tools, and equipment, including inventory management and budget control.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex maintenance issues.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple properties, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices.
• Manage and optimize HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
• Supervise the procurement of parts, tools, and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and controlling budget expenditures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, address code violations, and ensure all work meets industry safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex maintenance issues and coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
